Welcome to Casa de Romantico ❤️‍🔥! We are a nonprofit organization founded with a clear vision: to empower creators, uplift communities, and turn online connections into tangible, positive impact. Inspired by the vibrant energy of platforms like TikTok and driven by personal experience, Casa de Romantico exists to provide opportunities for growth, support during hardship, and a community where talent can thrive.

Our Inspiration: The Founder's Journey ❤️‍🔥

Casa de Romantico ❤️‍🔥 was founded by Jenaro “Jay” Rosales (Romantico ❤️‍🔥 on TikTok). Jay's journey is the heart of our mission. Growing up Mexican American in a Florida migrant housing community, he experienced firsthand the challenges of financial hardship and limited opportunities. Despite these obstacles and initially navigating higher education without traditional support as a first-generation high school graduate, Jay persevered. He earned an associate degree from Miami Dade College, built a successful 15+ year career showcasing leadership and process improvement skills in demanding roles (at companies like ATOC Limo, Bosch, FPL, and Charter), and ultimately achieved his long-held goal of earning a bachelor's in business administration from UCF, where he is now pursuing his MBA.

Witnessing the power of online communities, particularly on TikTok, and reflecting on his own path overcoming adversity, Jay was inspired to create an organization that could offer the support and opportunities he wished had been available. Casa de Romantico is built on resilience, a strong work ethic, and the belief that education and targeted support can unlock incredible potential.

Our mission translates into concrete actions focused on two key areas:

Empowering Creators: We believe in the talent and entrepreneurial spirit of social media creators. Through our developing TikTok Agency and Ambassador Program (featuring creators like Andrey Araujo and Davi Silva), we offer:

• Mentorship and strategic guidance.

• Business development skills training.

• Opportunities for monetization and sponsorships.

• A special focus on amplifying voices from Brazil and connecting them with global audiences.

Uplifting Communities: Our commitment extends beyond the digital world. We actively work to:

• Provide financial assistance and resources to individuals and families facing challenging circumstances.

• Offer educational opportunities, including English, Spanish, and Portuguese language classes, to foster growth and connection.

• Support communities impacted by natural disasters or other hardships.

• Promote cultural exchange and understanding.

We fund these initiatives through engaging online content like our 'Romantic Encounters' live show, direct donations, and proceeds from our merchandise store.
